As the Head of Product at Sanction Scanner, you will lead and manage our product management team to drive our product strategy forward and ensure the successful delivery of our products. Key responsibilities include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of the fintech industry and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus
Expectations:
- Developing and executing the overall product strategy and roadmap
- Leading and managing a team of product managers and designers
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define product goals and priorities
- Working closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Monitoring market trends and conducting market research to identify customer needs and opportunities for innovation
- Driving product innovation and keeping up-to-date with industry best practices
- Overseeing product lifecycle management, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Building strong relationships with customers and gathering feedback to inform product enhancements
- Monitoring product performance and KPIs, and making data-driven decisions
