Position Summary

Roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
1. Product Strategy Formulation and Execution
Analyze market trends and competition to develop a product lineup strategy that maximizes sales, market share, and profit.
Derive differentiation strategies to strengthen product competitiveness and consumer offerings.
Monitor competitor movements to maintain leadership in the flagship segment.
2. Go-to-Market Strategy Set Up and Execution
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to drive growth.
Develop and execute differentiated marketing strategies for new product launches.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution of GTM strategies.
3. Supply Chain and Forecast Management
Forecast sell-in and sell-out to achieve quantity and amount targets.
Collaborate with SCM teams to ensure efficient operations aligned with segment KPIs.
4. Cross-Functional & HQ/Regional Collaboration
Work with marketing, retail, sales, and channel development teams for aligned product
launches.
Gather feedback from sales and retail teams to align GTM development with market needs.
Collaborate with HQ and regional offices for planning and execution alignment.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have/be able to:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of total work experience.
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive product management experience in technology or consumer goods.
Proven track record in leading product and GTM strategies in competitive markets.
Deep understanding of the mobile flagship segment, including consumer behavior and market trends.
Deep knowledge of the mobile flagship segment a plus.
Experience in end-to-end GTM strategy execution and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Understanding of product development, supply chain, PSI management, and sales channel operations.
Strategic thinker with adaptability to market changes.
Strong business acumen and risk mitigation capabilities.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Resilience in challenging situations.
Willing to work full-time at McKinley Hill, Taguig.
