Job DescriptionTo design, advise, build and run fit-for-purpose simple risk product solutions (including insurance) to help business clients better protect themselves against risks experienced in their businesses whilst optimising channel behaviour in alignment with segment value propositions and country strategies.
QualificationsType of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Actuarial Science or Engineering

3-4 years
Knowledge and expertise in financial solutions within the financial services industry. Proven track record of delivery in a senior product, financial and risk management capacity in a leading financial institution across multiple countries. Proven track record of interpreting and practicing integrated product, financial and risk management principles.
5-7 years
Experience in process re-engineering and change management. Proven track record of management of financial objectives, both value creation and cost reduction. Experience in managing ROE targets taking into account profitability measures and capital. Good understanding of the market size, growth, market shares, potential, client profiles, competitors and profitability of the product.
