The PositionThe Scientific Comms & Engagement team delivers a comprehensive suite of solutions designed to manage every facet of scientific communication and stakeholder interaction. This department provides the core systems for medical information management—enabling the capture and response to external inquiries—as well as platforms for medical content creation, review, and compliant sharing. Additionally, the team oversees systems for scientific publication management and technology platforms for medical compliance oversight. By supporting external stakeholder engagements, the team derives critical insights into unmet medical needs, treatment barriers, and data perceptions, ensuring that all technology solutions align with medical affairs compliance requirements and broader strategic directions.
As the Head of Product Scientific Comms & Engagement (Senior Product Leader), you are accountable for the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation and strategic planning through to launch, scaling, and eventual retirement. You will serve as a key strategic liaison between the business and the RDT organization, transforming complex scientific and business needs into high-value technology solutions. This role demands a distinctive blend of scientific inquisitiveness, technical proficiency, and business insight to lead engineering and service teams in building sustainable products that accelerate the delivery of life-changing diagnostics and medicines to patients.
