We're seeking a visionary Head of Product Management to lead the strategy and evolution of our holistic retail commerce portfolio, overseeing cloud-enabled ecosystems that deliver modern POS client technologies, AI-driven computer vision capabilities, connected commerce and enterprise-scale retail innovation.

The Opportunity
As Head of Product Management, you will define and execute the vision for our end-to-end retail application portfolio, including cloud-native retail platforms, encompassing:
Modern cloud and edge-based POS solutions
Computer Vision and AI-powered retail experiences
Global promotions, loyalty, and offer management capabilities
Classic product migration strategies
Internationalization, compliance, and fiscalization initiatives
You will lead a high-performing team of product leaders while partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, Sales, and Executive Leadership to deliver transformative solutions for some of the world's most recognized retailers.
What You'll Own
Define the Future Product Vision
Set the strategic direction and multi-year roadmap for a portfolio supporting enterprise retailers globally.
Drive innovation across cloud platforms, POS solutions, AI capabilities, and emerging retail technologies.
Balance customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities to maximize growth and customer value.
Drive Retail Innovation at Scale
Lead products supporting promotions, loyalty programs, digital offers, coupons, gift cards, and campaign orchestration.
Shape AI and Computer Vision capabilities for fraud detection, age verification, loss prevention, and item recognition.
Deliver seamless omnichannel experiences spanning physical stores and digital commerce environments.
Influence Global Business Outcomes
Partner with Sales and GTM teams to influence product strategy, packaging, pricing, and market positioning.
Translate market trends and customer feedback into actionable product investments.
Drive measurable outcomes including ARR growth, customer adoption, migration success, and platform performance.
Build and Inspire a World-Class Team
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 20 product professionals.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, customer obsession, and continuous improvement.
Attract and retain top product talent while creating clear growth paths for leaders and team members.

10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS or platform product organizations.
Deep understanding of modern retail technology, including POS, self-checkout, loyalty, promotions, payments, and enterprise integrations.
Experience defining and delivering large-scale cloud-based products with measurable commercial impact.
Strong leadership track record managing and developing large product organizations.
Ability to influence executives and align cross-functional teams around a shared product vision.
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting tier-1 retailers across Grocery, Fuel, Fashion, Specialty Retail, or Duty-Free industries.
Exposure to regulatory, fiscalization, or compliance-driven product environments.
Experience launching AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision solutions.

- Strong domain knowledge in retail checkout flows (incl. SCO), promotions, loyalty systems, payments, and enterprise integrations.
- Technical acumen with cloud architecture, client deployment, integrations (payments, ERP), and ML/AI.
- Proven leadership managing ~20 direct reports or similar org scale, and aligning cross‑functional executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to ship complex, regulated, high‑throughput products with measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tier‑1 retailer deployments across Fuel, Grocery, Fashion, Duty Free industries.
- Prior exposure to fisal/compliance projects.
- Hands‑on experience launching computer vision or ML products.
- Experience with hybrid cloud/on-prem product stacks and legacy migration strategies.
