Theoria Medical is seeking a highly skilled Head of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio. This role will ensure our offerings meet market demands, align with business goals, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and align product vision, strategy, and roadmap with company goals, user needs, and market trends.
• High-Level Decision Making: Make strategic decisions on product direction, resource allocation, and prioritization, evaluating new opportunities with data.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product strategy, status, and performance to leadership and teams, gathering input from key stakeholders.
• Business Goal Alignment: Ensure product initiatives align with business goals, collaborating with other departments for cohesive strategies.
• Oversee Product Development: Oversee efficient product development processes, implementing best practices in product management, Agile, and user-centered design.
• Product Portfolio Management: Manage the product portfolio, evaluating performance and making lifecycle decisions, prioritizing based on strategic importance.
• Foster Innovation: Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team, encouraging experimentation.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team, promoting collaboration.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance with KPIs, reporting regularly to executive leadership on progress and challenges.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies through market research.
• Customer Focus: Champion the customer voice, prioritizing user feedback and engaging directly with customers for insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s Degree (MBA or relevant Master's) preferred.
• 7-10 years in product management with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, particularly in the healthcare sector.
• Strong experience in implementing Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support).
• Proven track record in managing a diverse product portfolio and making data-driven lifecycle decisions.
• Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills for defining product vision and evaluating market trends and user needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively managing stakeholders and fostering collaboration.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while promoting a culture of innovation.
• Strong focus on understanding and advocating for user needs, with a passion for customer insights.
• Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and navigating challenges.
• Optional: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Product Management certifications, and healthcare-related certifications (e.g., CPHQ).

Physical Requirements

• Must be punctual or on time and adhere to the company's Time and Attendance policy.
• Must be able to remain sitting for the majority of their shift.
