This is a rare opportunity to own and scale product-led growth across a global portfolio, operating at the intersection of product, growth, and marketing to influence how millions of users discover, adopt, and engage with our products—while helping Kape Privacy strengthen its position as a top global cybersecurity company.

As Head of Product Growth, you will lead a high-performing team and drive growth initiatives across the full user journey, partnering closely with Product, Pricing, Engineering and Marketing teams to deliver measurable business impact.

What You’ll OwnOwn Product-Led Growth Across the Portfolio
  • Own and drive product-led growth strategy across all brands, with a clear focus on user acquisition, activation, and feature adoption.
  • Identify and unlock opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and monetization across the user journey.
  • Define and track KPIs across conversion rates, activation, adoption, and revenue impact.
Drive Adoption of New Products & Features
  • Lead initiatives to drive adoption of new and existing products across the portfolio.
  • Translate product roadmaps into clear growth opportunities and execution plans.
  • Ensure new features and products achieve strong market uptake and user engagement.
Lead Go-to-Market with a Growth Lens
  • Own go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring strong alignment with growth objectives.
  • Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging that drives user understanding and conversion.
  • Continuously optimize GTM performance through testing and iteration.
Own Pricing & Packaging Strategy (in partnership)
  • Partner closely with the Pricing Analyst and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and refine pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Contribute to subscription models, promotions, and offers that maximize conversion and revenue growth.
  • Ensure pricing and packaging are effectively reflected in user journeys and messaging.
Partner Across Lifecycle & Product
  • Work closely with Lifecycle teams to ensure seamless execution across channels, from onboarding through retention.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate roadmap into growth-driving initiatives.
  • Operate as a key bridge between product strategy and growth execution.
Lead & Influence Across the Organization
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Operate as a strong cross-functional leader, influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Lifecycle, Growth, and Marketing.
  • Drive alignment across teams, challenge thinking where needed, and ensure high-quality execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 6–8+ years of experience in product growth, product marketing, or growth roles within B2C, SaaS, or consumer tech
  • Proven track record of driving user growth, product adoption, and measurable business impact

Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams, with the ability to drive alignment and deliver results through others

  • Demonstrated ability to operate hands-on while leading, driving initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Strong experience working across Product, Growth, and Marketing teams
  • Experience contributing to or influencing pricing and packaging strategies
  • Deep understanding of conversion funnels, activation, and product-led growth principles
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and experiments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior, cross-functional teams
