Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Product Leadership

• Develop and execute a clear, data-driven product strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Ensure a cohesive approach across all product verticals — Sports, Casino, Web, and Promotions — to deliver seamless and engaging player experiences.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor product performance, player behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Team & Department Oversight

• Lead and mentor Product Owners fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Define clear KPIs and performance frameworks for all team members.
• Ensure efficient coordination between Product, Marketing, CRM, and Technology functions.

Product Execution & Delivery

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-release performance.
• Prioritize development resources effectively to balance innovation with operational stability.
• Collaborate closely with tech and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Drive adoption of agile methodologies and best practices across all product initiatives.
• Promote a data-driven culture throughout the organization.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience within the iGaming or online entertainment industry.
  
• Strong background in managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and execution skills.
  
• Ability to translate complex business needs into simple, effective product solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Education

• A Master’s degree in Business or Product Management, or related field is preferred.
