• We operate under a remote-first model, giving you full flexibility to work from anywhere in Brazil. For those who enjoy in-person moments, we offer access to our office in São Paulo and partner coworking spaces. In addition, we have the Work From Anywhere (WFA) program, which allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days a year.

As the Head of Product Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the present and imagining the future of living. You will partner cross-functionally with leadership in Product, Engineering, Data, and other lines to shape the vision and deliver exceptional user experiences that delight and empower people. Your work will help individuals find and love where they live, making a significant impact on their lives.

• Be a product design leader, being accountable for the success and impact of your scope, leading your team and working closely with cross-functional peers to drive decision-making and execution.
• Lead a 6-person design team while bringing a strong executive presence to partner closely with Ops, Product and Engineering to develop and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap.
• Bring a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset to move fast and deliver high-impact results for one of our main initiatives and business priorities.
• Shape, conceptualize and communicate the experience vision and direction for your line (problem space), ensuring high impact and alignment with user needs and business objectives
• Identify, shape and drive complex, cross-functional projects to ensure a unified customer experience within your problem space- ensuring high-quality design outcomes that positively impact both users and the business.
• Drive initiatives across lines to ensure a unified customer experience for QuintoAndar users and uphold experience quality in line with experience metrics and quality criteria.
• Coordinate to ensure appropriate coverage of projects and teams, allocating people and effort according to priorities and impact.
• Support and develop your team, creating opportunities for growth and addressing performance issues promptly.

• Solid Product Design experience, proven by cases or portfolio that demonstrate your process and decision making.
• Proven track record of turning customer needs into innovative ideas and user-friendly designs for developer tools.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary product design teams and are passionate about helping people to grow and develop their careers.
• Ability to influence and inspire others towards a customer-focused, data-driven approach to design and development.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, able to articulate and connect design decisions to business outcomes to different audiences.
• Enjoy both strategy and working closer to the team and deliverables.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Raise the bar on visual excellence, combining a refined aesthetic taste and a passion for craft with product strategy.
• Solid knowledge on product and Business metrics to ensure the team is focusing energy in the right things
