Head of Product Design

Most design orgs react to product decisions. We're building JustCall's design function to drive them. As AI reshapes how revenue teams work - from voice agents and outbound dialing to coaching, automation, and messaging - the design bar has never been higher or more consequential.

We need a Head of Product Design who can sit across the table from a PM, an engineer, or a founder - and walk out with a sharper problem statement, a bolder interaction model, and a team that ships experiences users trust from the first click. Someone who sets the vision, holds the craft bar, and makes the whole org better at building things people actually want to use.

• Define and drive design vision across JustCall and SaaS Labs' AI initiatives - ensuring cohesive, high-quality experiences across the full platform.

• Own end-to-end user experience design across complex, multi-step workflows where clarity, speed, and trust are non-negotiable.

• Shape how revenue teams interact with AI - from voice agents and outbound dialing to automation, coaching, and messaging.

• Translate advanced technical capabilities into simple, intuitive products that earn user confidence immediately.

• Define what great looks like for AI-native experiences - and hold that bar across every surface and every team.

• Partner directly with Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to ensure design drives business outcomes, not just aesthetics.

• Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing design organization - developing craft, culture, and second-line design leadership.

• Define and maintain design systems that scale across a multi-product platform without sacrificing coherence or quality.

• 10+ years in Product Design, with 5+ years managing and scaling design teams.

• Strong foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, systems thinking, and visual execution.

• Proven experience designing and shipping AI-powered or highly technical products at scale.

• Experience with agentic or multi-turn AI systems and the unique UX challenges they present.

• Track record of influencing product direction and driving design impact across large, complex platforms.

• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into simple, intuitive user experiences.

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills - including executive-level influence.

• Experience defining and maintaining a high craft bar across design systems and product experiences.

• You've built and scaled design organizations in fast-growing SaaS environments - not just managed headcount.

• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex, high-impact products.

• You have a clear point of view on what great AI-native workflows look like - and the conviction to defend it.

• You can identify bold product bets where AI meaningfully transforms user workflows, not just automates them.

• You're as comfortable mentoring a junior designer on craft as you are challenging a VP on product direction.
