We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategic planning, development, and full lifecycle management of fintech products. Candidates should have a deep background in the fintech industry, the ability to drive the launch of innovative products, and the capacity to lead teams in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term strategies and annual roadmaps for fintech products to ensure alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
- Lead product requirement analysis, priority setting, and iteration planning, coordinating with technology, design, marketing, and operations teams for efficient product delivery.
- Deeply understand global fintech trends, regulatory policies, and user needs to drive product innovation and enhance competitiveness.
- Manage the product team, including talent recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development planning.
- Collaborate closely with global partners and cross-regional teams to ensure products meet international standards and localized needs.
- Continuously optimize product experience through data analysis and user feedback to improve user retention and commercial value.
Requirements
- More than ten years of product management experience, including over five years of team management experience, which should be from the fintech field.
- Successfully led the complete lifecycle of fintech products and has hands-on experience in building products from scratch (0 to 1).
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), capable of leading cross-border teams and participating in international conferences.
- Proficient in agile development processes, familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Have a deep understanding of compliance requirements in the financial industry (such as KYC, AML, GDPR).
