We’re looking for a Head of Procurement to lead and transform our Procurement function on a global scale. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll combine oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring our procurement processes are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with business growth. You’ll play a critical part in building and scaling the team, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving automation and process improvements.

As part of our team, you will:- Provide strategic leadership for the Procurement department, setting long-term direction and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Build, scale, and adapt the team structure to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Strengthen stakeholder communication and collaboration across business units and regions.
- Establish Procurement as a trusted internal service function, delivering efficient, scalable, and value-driven procurement services across the organization.
- Introduce fresh perspectives and best practices to modernize procurement processes and tools.
- Drive automation, digitalization, and process improvements to increase efficiency and transparency.
- Ensure effective cost control, risk management, and compliance with global and local regulations.
