Gestaltung und Umsetzung der globalen Procurement-Strategie für Statista mit Fokus auf Realisierung von Kosteneinsparungen im Softwarebereich und hoher Agilität
Umsetzung von Automatisierung bei der Bewertung und Bedienung von Softwarebedarfen
Weiterentwicklung der Einkaufsorganisation, inkl. Einkaufsprozesse, -Tools und -Policies in enger Abstimmung mit angrenzenden internen Abteilungen wie Finanzen
Enge Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen zur Koordination von Software- und Lizenzbeschaffungen
Planung und Steuerung der Softwarekosten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling und Software-Ownern in den Fachbereichen
Auswahl, Bewertung und Betreuung geeigneter Dienstleister, sowie Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
Your profile
5-10 Jahre Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Bereich Software & Lizenzen, in mittelständischen Unternehmen in Tech-lastigen Industrien
Ausgewiesene Verhandlungserfolge und Durchsetzungskraft bei der Reduzierung von Softwarekosten
Tiefes Verständnis des procure-to-pay-Prozesses, insbesondere im SAP-Umfeld
Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Verhandlung und Vertretung von Einkaufszielen gegenüber der Geschäftsführung und leitenden Geschäftsbereichsvertretern
Kenntnis von ServiceNow für die Abbildung von operativen Beschaffungsanfragen von Vorteil
Stark ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch

Skills Required
- 5-10 years experience in strategic procurement, ideally with software and license procurement in tech-heavy mid-sized companies
- Proven negotiation success and ability to reduce software costs
- Deep understanding of the procure-to-pay process, especially in an SAP environment
- Experience negotiating and representing procurement objectives to executive management and senior business leaders
- Knowledge of ServiceNow for capturing operational procurement requests
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Fluent (business negotiation-level) German and English
- Experience leading and developing a procurement team
