We are looking for an experienced Head of Procurement, Corporate Services to lead sourcing across HR, professional services, facilities, and business operations spend.
About the roleThis role is critical in ensuring that the organisation operates efficiently, compliantly, and with access to high-quality external partners—while maintaining strong cost discipline and service performance.
You will work closely with senior business leaders to shape demand, optimise supplier models, and elevate procurement’s role as a strategic partner.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Strategic Impact
Define and execute procurement strategy across HR services, consulting, facilities, and shared services
Align sourcing approach to organisational priorities including workforce strategy and operational efficiency
Implement governance frameworks that ensure compliance, consistency, and transparency.
Lead change management and drive any business transformational initiatives.
Sourcing & Category Delivery
Lead sourcing across contingent workforce, consultancies, facilities management, and corporate services
Design and implement supplier panels, frameworks, and rate card strategies
Deliver value through cost benchmarking, demand management, and process optimisation
Stakeholder & Supplier Leadership
Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to align procurement strategy with business needs
Build and manage strategic supplier relationships across services categories
Lead resolution of complex commercial and contractual issues
Commercial & Operational Excellence
Drive efficiencies through supplier consolidation, outsourcing strategies, and improved demand planning
Ensure strong financial controls, contract governance, and audit readiness
Team Leadership
Build and develop a high-performing procurement team focused on services categories
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and best practice.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and adoption of best practices in cost modelling, contract risk assessment, and value tracking
