ABOUT THE ROLE

Our FRAM (Fraud, Risk Management & AML) function protects our customers, our brands and our licences across every market we operate in. As we continue to grow, we are creating a new Head of FRAM Process & Quality role to bring our quality assurance, process and learning teams together under one leader. Reporting to the Director of FRAM and working alongside the Head of FRAM Change & Tech, you will own the standard that defines what "good" looks like across all fraud, risk and AML processes, and over time build and lead a team as the function grows.

This is a highly visible role with real influence. You will set the QA and calibration strategy for the whole function, tackle systemic root causes rather than local symptoms, and shape how FRAM builds and develops expertise as it scales. You will also be the operational voice of FRAM in front of regulators, external auditors and internal audit, explaining and defending how our processes and controls work. If you want to build a quality culture from the ground up and give a growing function one consistent, defensible answer to "is this good enough?", we would love to hear from you.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Lead and continuously develop the control and quality framework for fraud, risk and AML processes across all markets

  • Set the QA and calibration strategy, defining how quality is measured and stepping in when teams deviate from agreed standards

  • Lead the response to systemic issues such as policy gaps or capability shortfalls, making sure they are fixed at a strategic level

  • Lead the capability and learning strategy for FRAM, ensuring the function builds, retains and develops the right expertise as it grows

  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for regulators, external auditors and internal audit on FRAM process and control effectiveness

  • Build and develop the QA, Process and Learning & Capability teams over time, growing the function through internal moves and new hires.

  • Partner with the Director of FRAM and operational leaders to align the quality and process agenda and drive adoption of standards

  • Report on quality, capability and control risks to the Director of FRAM, highlighting trends and recommending action

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Solid experience in fraud, risk and/or AML operations within a regulated environment, such as iGaming or financial services

  • Proven track record of designing and owning a QA or control framework and process architecture, not only working within one

  • Significant people leadership experience, ideally leading managers across several teams or bringing separate teams together

  • Confidence in presenting to and handling challenges from regulators, auditors and senior stakeholders

  • Strong root-cause analysis and continuous improvement skills, with a structured, data-informed approach

NICE TO HAVES

  • A relevant professional certification in risk, quality, audit or AML (e.g. CAMS, ICA)

  • Experience designing learning or capability programmes for operational teams
