Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and scale-up of Reju’s polyester recycling process from pilot and demonstration operations through to commercial deployment. 
  • Translating pilot and plant operating data into robust process designs, design bases, and engineering decisions for future industrial facilities. 
  • Driving technical decision-making, process optimization, and risk reduction across key unit operations, including purification, crystallization, filtration, drying, and recycle systems. 
  • Coordinating process development activities across R&D, engineering, operations, and external technology partners to ensure alignment and effective execution. 
  • Establishing and leading the process development roadmap, ensuring critical technical decisions, priorities, and actions are delivered in line with project objectives. 

Your profile:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is advantageous. 
  • Extensive industrial experience in process development, process engineering and technology scale-up within the chemical, petrochemical, polymer, recycling or related industries. 
  • Demonstrated track record in successfully transferring technologies from pilot, demonstration or development scale to commercial implementation. 
  • Strong expertise in separation, purification and solids handling operations, such as crystallization, filtration, drying and integrated process systems. 
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive complex technical decisions in fast-paced and evolving environments.

Skills Required
