Head of Pricing strategy at Reltio drives the evolution and optimization of Reltio’s monetization strategy that aids effective and efficient go-to-market for land and expand across all industries, geographies, and channels. 


Define the strategy for effective and efficient value capture while maintaining pricing integrity as Reltio grows market share across all industries and geographies using tools such as but not limited to better pricing models, presentation, and negotiation. Head of Pricing will work closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal to drive the overall pricing strategy. 


The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization, and able to drive outcomes in a matrix environment. 

This leader will ensure that we have the following:

A Data-driven foundation for our pricing decisions that span the customer lifecycle and drives an enhances customer experience:

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of market data, deal data, customer usage data, and customer and sales feedback that translate into solution or improvement opportunities
  • Lead the team to create, present, and launch pricing and packaging strategies that will help Reltio achieve its long-term revenue and market penetration goals
  • Optimize existing pricing and provide in-deal support to the sales team to assist in strategic opportunities and support ramping new sales team members

A pricing strategy that evolves in sync with the go-to-market across verticals, geographies, and channels:

  • Define and implement pricing and packaging strategies related to new product and service offerings across various segments of the market aligned with the go-to-market strategy
  • Launch the proposed pricing changes along with Product Management and Marketing - provide messaging, sales enablement content, newsletters, and FAQs. Present the proposal to the entire customer-facing organization - sales, SEs, support, services, etc so that they are well-equipped to succeed
  • Provide content for Reltio’s official pricing webpages and maintain official pricing documentation
  • Build pricing training content for the sales team and train sales on how to approach pricing conversations with customers

Well-defined key performance indicators to track the impact of pricing changes and enable continuous improvement:

  • Collaborate with leaders in sales, marketing, and product organizations to craft new pricing proposals, business models, and monetization strategies for new products and optimize existing pricing and packaging 
  • Lead pricing changes from approval by the pricing committee through to implementation by closely collaborating with stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, finance, and other organizations
  • Design methods to measure the effectiveness and impact of the pricing strategy as it relates to the business outcomes
