Wise Platform helps banks, software companies and large enterprises leverage Wise’s infrastructure to offer their customers world class payments products through their own channels. We’ve launched partnerships globally, with the likes of Google Pay, Aspire, Xero and Mandiri, and today have 70+ global banks and platforms connected and powered by Wise Platform. We’re looking for a Presales leads, with a proven track record of building high performing teams, experienced working with/selling to Banks and Financial Institutions in APAC, who is comfortable in both business and technical contexts, interacting with executives and talking in detail with technical audiences, to take Wise Platform integrated partnerships to the next level with the most senior banks in the region.
Job DescriptionThe Head of Presales APAC will play a crucial role in leading and coaching our team, working towards ambitious goals to deliver our growth objectives for Wise Platform. This lead will be tasked to define and execute on a Presales strategy for APAC - setting a clear vision to deliver excellence for our teams and partners.
This is a hands-on role, whether this is helping the teams in deals, building executive relationships with senior stakeholder partners, helping influence and define product requirements, applying your expertise and product knowledge to design intelligent, and scalable payment solutions for our prospective partners.
Your mission
Develop and execute an ambitious Presales strategy for APAC that aligns to our business goals and sets the bar on what great looks like for Presales.
Drive a culture of high performance within the team backed by clear results.
Accountable to deliver revenue alongside the business development and delivery teams being a key stakeholder within the deal flow team.
Shape market leading solutions and experiences for partners by working closely with product and engineering teams.
Provide technical support during the sales cycle, including solution design, proposal creation, and client discussions as needed.
Champion cross functional collaboration and operate at the highest level in a matrix organisation, liaising across teams such as sales, product, delivery, engineering and operations.
