Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
Develop and implement sales strategies for controlled channels (Maxis Centres, direct teams) in assigned regions.
Lead, coach, and manage in-house sales teams and supervisors.
Drive customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling within controlled channels.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and sales standards.
Monitor and report on sales performance and operational KPIs.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams for GTM activities.
Lead process improvements and training for controlled channels.
Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
