System Performance: Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of IT systems to meet business demands.
Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, data protection measures, and regulatory compliance standards to safeguard IT assets and data.
Incident Response: Develop and execute incident response procedures to minimize downtime and data loss in the event of system failures or security breaches.
Technology Integration: Collaborate with other departments to integrate new technologies, tools, and applications into the existing IT ecosystem.
Capacity Planning: Plan and manage IT infrastructure expansion to accommodate the organization's growth and technology needs.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring contracts, service levels, and costs are in line with organizational goals.
Change Management: Implement and supervise change management processes to minimize disruptions during system upgrades or changes.
Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or other disruptions.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, setting goals, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT platforms Technologies budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
