About the Role
RDC.AI is a cloud native AI Decisioning company and as the Head of Platform Deployment, you’ll own the strategy, architecture, and execution of RDC.AI’s deployment of the platform to our customers. You’ll partner across data, AI engineering, product and sales teams to turn vision into production systems, enabling faster time-to-market and real-world AI adoption.
This is a hands-on leadership role — perfect for a builder who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys shaping systems, teams, and processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Lead RDC.AI’s platform deployment strategy North America customers.
- Collaborate with AI, data, advisory and product teams to seamlessly transition models from research to production.
- Support the collection of business requirements to manage the data and technical designs and specifications for the platform
- Manage the decision strategy design and specification, including the data specification and data sensor configuration
- Manage multiple projects effectively while continuing to deliver exceptional quality
- Drive project status updates to stakeholders (internal and external)
- Manage the internal coordination of associated delivery roles, e.g., Data Scientists, Client Advisors, Platform Consultants
- Provide quality control of related project deliverables and artefacts
- Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team of platform and data engineers.
- Evaluate and integrate next-gen tools in automation, orchestration, and AI infrastructure.
- Partner with the leadership team on roadmap planning, capacity forecasting, and infrastructure cost management.
About the Candidate
Essential-Qualifications
- 10+ years in Saas or AI platforms
- 3–5 years leading platform and project teams.
- Experience in deploying AI/ML, analytics, or data platforms at scale in production environments.
- Track record of scaling cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability in startup or enterprise environments.
- Ability to define and communicate long-term platform vision and technical strategy.
- Strong track record of hiring, mentoring, and leading technical teams.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration across data, AI, and product functions.
- Strategic mindset for capacity planning, cost optimization, and project execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication — able to translate complex systems into clear business value.
- Ability to travel within North America and to HQ in Australia (estimated 25% travel)
Desired-Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Saas or AI tools
- Prior experience in financial services, enterprise AI, or other regulated environments.
- 1st and 2nd line leadership experience
