As a Head of People, you’ll take full ownership of our people agenda and play a critical role in shaping how Trezor scales. This role goes far beyond operational HR — it’s about building people strategies with real business impact, supporting leaders, and helping teams grow alongside our products.
You'll collaborate directly with the CEO and C-level leaders as a trusted partner and advisor, strengthening strategic HR partnership across the company and ensuring our people strategy is tightly aligned with business priorities.

👉 What you'll doTake ownership of core people domains, including Talent Acquisition, People Operations & Partnering, Learning & Development, and Office Management
Act as a strategic HR partner to the CEO and C-level leaders, supporting leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and people-related decision-making
Partner closely with the recruitment team to shape and continuously improve hiring strategy, ensuring it supports long-term business and product needs
Build and elevate Learning & Development from the ground up, with a strong focus on leadership development, helping managers continuously grow and improve their skills
Strengthen manager capability across the organization and support leaders in working effectively with their teams
Evolve people processes and HR practices with a clear focus on real impact — on people, teams, and the business
Support the evolution of culture, values, and internal communication, ensuring they scale naturally with the company
Oversee office management, ensuring the workplace supports collaboration, productivity, and a positive day-to-day experience
Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably as a Head of HR or in a similar position
Background in psychology, psychotherapy, coaching, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic HR partner with a clear understanding of business and product context
A strategic mindset combined with a passion for people and culture
Excellent organizational, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to clearly articulate decisions and strategic direction
Experience building Learning & Development initiatives and working with leaders on continuous growth and development
Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, complex organization
Fluency in both English and Czech/Slovak
Willingness to be regularly present in the office (not required daily)
