Job DescriptionYour Role
Responsible for Aftersales business for MENCA, working closely with distributors, warehouse, Demand Planning, Finance, 3PL.
A Typical Day
- Managing the relationship with the assigned group of customers
- Achieving the sales targets for the assigned customers
- Work with the forwarders and warehouses in Italy & USA to ensure timely shipments of distributors orders
- Check and update customers on availability and back orders
- Monitoring the overall pipeline of orders, and ensuring a healthy pipeline of orders for the assigned customers
- Explore business opportunities on spare parts, consumables and accessories (C&A)
- Support on developing the annual rebate programs and track monthly progress
- Weekly update of open customer orders report
- Monthly sales trend analysis
- Weekly sales report of the top selling part numbers performance
Who You Are
- Bachelor Diploma with at least 10-15 years Customer Service experience, and or Order Processing Services related experience, and or Sales experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Desired previous experience on sales, spare parts business and/or export business
- Business analytics with high knowledge of Excel / Power BI.
- Must have strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills
- The ability to communicate with all levels in the organization and work effectively in a team environment.
- The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, under pressure, to effectively meet required deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experience with SAP is a significant advantage
