We also investigate new business opportunities across our wide scope of business in If Private and we truly believe in the One If way of working across business units and countries. 

To help us with this and realize our future development needs we are looking for a strong leader to help continue our growth in the Norwegian market.

About the role
In the role of Head of P&NBO Norway you will lead a team of 7 team members and look to build the organisation and business going forward. A key part of the role will be to develop the unit to best possible take on the opportunities and challenges that lay ahead for If in the partner area. In addition to the local team you will lead, there are supplementary capabilities to coordinate with in the Nordic unit within Service development, API & Identity mgt, Nordic business development, M&A capabilities and a daughter company providing non-insurance related services to our partners. In addition, your task is to be a coordinating and bridging resource between our unit and other dependencies. Most of our work has interdependencies between several units such as product, customer service, digital sales, claims to mention some. 

The task is to build a healthy portfolio of partner related business and unlock the potential of existing agreements already in place. If has a strong growth focus and partners are identified as a key enabler of future growth in the company. 

Key to success will be to take an innovative and customer oriented approach to identify the key life events where insurance is relevant and important, as well as having an entrepreneurial mindset to opportunities in the market.

About the team
The role is part of the Nordic P&NBO management team and If Private management team in Norway.

• Partner distribution / B2B2C experience is especially relevant
• Experience and understanding of digital and physical distribution
• Management experience from large corporation or business units
• Experience from management consulting and project management is an advantage

You also have
•    Relevant academic/university degree
