Tickmill is looking to hire a Head of Partnerships (LATAM)to join our rapidly expanding LATAM region.

This is a role that plays a key part in driving revenue growth by acquiring new company clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

The main job responsibilities encompass sales strategies, team management, customer acquisition, and retention efforts, all aimed at achieving financial and strategic objectives.

Most importantly, the role requires to lead and manage extensively the activation & retention team, setting performance goals, training, coaching, and providing support to achieve sales results. Equally important is retaining existing clients of the Company to ensure that are satisfied with the Company’s products or services and develop strategies to keep them engaged and loyal.

What the job looks like?

The Head of Partnerships (LATAM) will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct regular meetings with partnership teams to review progress, address challenges, and strategize on future initiatives.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies and identify areas for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align partnership efforts with overall business goals and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and monitor any changes in regulations that may affect partnerships.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the partnership team.

What will you need to be able to do the job?

• Minimum 3-4 years of proven related experience (Head of Sales, Head of Business Development, Country Manager, Regional Manager or BDM) within the FX industry.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish language.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Excellent organisational and analytical Skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment.
• College or University Degree in Finance, Business/Administration, Management, or related field.
• High standard of work-ethic with a positive can-do attitude.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
