The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand expansion.

- Corporate & B2B clients
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with company growth targets
- Identify high-impact partnership opportunities within insurance, banking, and corporate sectors
- Define value propositions tailored to each partner segment
- Lead end-to-end partnership acquisition (prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing)
- Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level, HR Directors, Partnership Heads)
- Structure commercial models (revenue sharing, bundled offerings, employee benefits, etc.)
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing key partners
- Ensure partnerships meet revenue and performance targets
- Develop joint campaigns and initiatives to maximize engagement and ROI
- Work closely with Marketing, Retail, Operations, Finance, and Product teams
- Ensure operational readiness for partnership programs
- Monitor execution quality across stores and digital channels
- Set KPIs and track partnership performance
- Provide regular business updates and insights to leadership
- Identify optimization and upsell opportunities
Qualifications
Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Sales, or Commercial roles
- Strong experience working with Insurance, Banking, or Corporate HR sectors
- Proven track record in closing high-value institutional deals
- Experience in retail, consumer, lifestyle, healthcare, or financial services industries is a plus
- Strong negotiation and commercial structuring capability
- Strategic thinking with execution excellence
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
- High ownership and result-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- MBA is a plus
