The Role

About the job

This role will be responsible for leading the data to deliver accurate insights, improve business performance, and ensure data integrity. Collaborate on KPIs, design sales campaigns, manage compensation reporting, and present trends while adopting new technologies.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of data professionals within a specific channel/s.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights to enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and develop strategies for improvement and support on sales campaign tracking.
  • Implement data quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical findings.
  • Own the Business Planning, MIS architecture and Data analytics to advise effective decision making for Management.
  • Manage and prepare sales compensation reports for key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to communicate performance trends and recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage new technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business performance analytics, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, data visualization tools, and SQL.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward common goals.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to comprehend and derive key insights from volumes of data
  • Works and functions well in a team environment
