  • Implementing processes for continuous optimization of CAC, LTV/CAC ratio, ROAS, and yield across funnel stages.

  • Conducting deep user, market, and competitive analyses to uncover growth opportunities.

  • Making data‑driven recommendations to shape product roadmaps and marketing decisions.

Strategy & Leadership

  • Defining and owning the global paid acquisition strategy across channels including Search, Social, Display, Video, Programmatic, Affiliates, and emerging channels.

  • Developing a scalable growth marketing framework that aligns with company objectives and measurement frameworks.

  • Building, mentoring, and inspiring a high‑performing acquisition team.

  • Partnering with multiple functions such as country marketing leads, central marketing teams, and product marketing.

  • Ensuring close strategic and functional alignment with the DTC function to drive profitable growth through daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of key commercial metrics and profitability levels.

  • Collaborating with the Analytics and Effectiveness teams on dashboards, attribution models, and measurement frameworks.

  • Working with Creative and Brand teams to develop high‑performing concepts and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

  • Ensuring tracking accuracy, data hygiene, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, consent policies).
