Job DescriptionThe resource will be responsible for managing the HR strategy in support of business objectives, ensuring people management across two moulded glass manufacturing plants, working in close collaboration with local management and the corporate ownership, and ensuring alignment to Group’s industrial and organizational priorities. The main activities will be the following:
- Application of the HR strategy aligning with Group guidelines and local business needs
- People management, organizational design, and change management processes.
- Management of industrial relations, ensuring full compliance with labor law and collective agreements
- Lead talent development, performance management, and succession planning processes.
- Ensure proper management of compensation & benefits policies and incentive system
- HR planning activities, including headcount planning, workforce budgeting, and analysis of staffing needs aligned with business forecasts and operational requirements.
- Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities or related disciplines.
- Strong experience in senior HR roles within complex industrial and multinational environments.
- Advanced knowledge of English Language
- Proven expertise in industrial relations management
- Analytical skills and ability to manage HR data and reporting

Availability to travel to Moulded Glass Plants, in Bergantino (RO), in San Vito al Tagliamento (PN), and to Parma.
Compensation package: 60.000€ - 80.000€ + bonus and benefits
