About the Role

Join Pernod Ricard on its ambitious transformation journey as Head of Core Transformation for the Gold and Crystal Brand Units. This role sits at the heart of BU Transformation, driving end-to-end programme delivery and operational transformation across both Brand Units – keeping LEAP in the Gold BU and other Tier 1 operational transformation programmes firmly on track to go-live.

As Head of Core Transformation, you will own the integrated LEAP programme plan, lead rigorous risk and issue management, and partner closely with the business, Tech teams, HQ Teams and BU stakeholders to ensure transformation lands on time, on scope, and on budget.

About LEAP

LEAP is Pernod Ricard’s flagship global transformation programme, bringing together business leaders and functional experts to reshape the way we operate. Through the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and a harmonised global data model, LEAP will establish a common business language and standardised processes - enabling greater transparency, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

As Head of Core Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Gold and Crystal Brand Units’ journey towards LEAP go-live, while supporting the wider portfolio of operational transformation programmes that sustain momentum across both Brand Units.

Your Key Missions

Drive end-to-end programme delivery and operational transformation across Gold and Crystal BU’s, keeping LEAP in the Gold BU on track to go-live.

  • Programme Leadership: Lead end-to-end programme management across the Gold BU for LEAP, ensuring delivery against scope and schedule

  • Integrated Planning: Own the integrated Gold BU LEAP programme plan, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and maintaining a clear critical path through to go-live

  • Risk and Issue Management: Drive rigorous risk and issue management across the operational transformation portfolio, escalating critical issues where required

  • Operating Model Design: Support the development of the Target Operating Model (TOM) and the definition of future business processes

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder engagement across business, technical, and BU teams, building strong working relationships at all levels

  • Ops Transformation Input: Provide input into key Ops Transformation programmes, including the Spirits Management Programme and Infinity

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in programme management, with a significant portion in large-scale global ERP or digital transformation programmes

  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end programme delivery for SAP implementations (S/4HANA experience strongly preferred)

  • Experience working within a complex, matrixed global organisation; FMCG or spirits/consumer goods sector experience is an advantage

  • Strong grounding in risk and issue management, dependency mapping, and critical path planning

  • Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders up to ExCom level

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong programme leadership and strategic thinking: able to own a complex, multi-workstream plan and drive it through to delivery

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills - credible, clear, and compelling at all levels

  • Highly collaborative; able to partner effectively across business, technical, and BU teams

  • Structured and organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously

  • Confident in data and reporting: able to develop clear dashboards, progress trackers, and executive-level communications

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including high-quality PowerPoint presentation development

  • Fluency in English; French language skills are advantageous
