Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- In-depth understanding of: Securities Dealer operational requirements under Seychelles FSA
- VASP operational and AML/CFT obligations, including the Travel Rule and blockchain monitoring
- KYC/AML/CFT frameworks, client due diligence, and FIU reporting
- Multi-currency and multi-asset operational processes (fiat + crypto)
- Strong grasp of operational risk frameworks and internal control systems
- Familiarity with international best practices in operational resilience, data integrity, and market conduct
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and continuously improve the target operating model for VASP licensed company
- Oversee daily operations for securities trading and virtual asset services, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Manage client onboarding and lifecycle processes, including KYC/AML checks and account maintenance
- Supervise payments, treasury, and reconciliations across fiat and crypto assets
- Ensure operational compliance with Seychelles FSA licensing conditions, AML/CFT obligations, and internal controls
- Lead operational risk management, incident resolution, and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (compliance, finance, dealing desk, technology) for smooth service delivery
