We're hiring a Head of Operations – Tel Aviv
Coralogix is growing, and we’re looking for a Head of Operations to join our Tel Aviv office and lead our business operations across multiple domains.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage and scale our internal operations while building structure, processes, and vendor relationships in a dynamic, global company.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Procurement
- Own end-to-end purchasing processes, including negotiating terms with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of equipment and services.
- Travel
- Oversee global travel operations: booking policies, corporate travel tools, and travel vendors, while ensuring a smooth experience for employees traveling across 28+ countries.
- Facilities
- Manage all aspects of office operations in Tel Aviv and coordinate with global office managers. Responsibilities include lease management, workplace services, safety, and space planning.
- FinOps (Financial Operations)
- Partner with the finance team to support budgeting, expense tracking, vendor payments, and ensuring operational compliance with internal controls and policies.
- Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and vendors. Evaluate performance, negotiate contracts, and optimize service levels and costs and vendor onboarding.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, ideally in a global tech company
- Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes from scratch
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with procurement systems, travel platforms, and vendor tools – a plus
