BizOps at Blinq
Our BizOps team is Blinq’s squad squad - the crew that jumps in, solves problems, and builds the foundation as we scale. One day, we’re refining pricing strategy; the next, we’re optimising go-to-market playbooks or untangling an operational bottleneck. We don’t just analyse problems - we roll up our sleeves and fix them, fast. Role & Impact
As Blinq’s Head of Operations, you’ll architect the internal systems that power our next stage of growth. From operating rhythms to strategic planning, your work will ensure the business scales smoothly and with intention. You’ll play a critical leadership role as we mature from a high-growth Series A startup to a global category-definer, building a foundation where real-world connections thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Blinq’s company-wide operating cadence — from exec offsites to OKRs to cross-functional planning
  • Lead and grow the business operations, people, finance, and legal teams into high-performing pillars
  • Run strategic planning and annual budgeting cycles in partnership with the CEO
  • Design scalable processes and decision-making frameworks that accelerate growth
  • Be a key thought partner to the CEO across company strategy, prioritisation, and resource allocation

What You’ll Bring

  • 10–15 years' experience in operations, strategy, or finance roles within tech startups or scale-ups
  • Proven track record leading BizOps or Finance teams through high-growth environments
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with deep operational execution ability
  • Clear upward trajectory in your career with increasing scope and leadership responsibility
  • Background in finance, economics, law, or MBA (preferred but not essential)
