Design, build, and operate scalable Node.js/TypeScript backend services and APIs. Own features end-to-end, improve reliability, performance, security, and observability, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and use AI-assisted workflows to increase developer productivity.

Build and maintain the analytics layer: scalable ELT pipelines, dbt models, canonical metrics and dashboards. Partner with Product, Growth, Revenue, Finance and Engineering to enable reliable self-serve analytics, experimentation, funnel/cohort analysis, and improve data quality through testing, documentation, lineage, and monitoring.

Support Growth Strategy & Operations by running end-to-end growth programs (outbound, referrals, pricing tests), building target account/contact lists, improving RevOps (reporting, CRM hygiene, billing), and deploying AI-native GTM experiments and automations. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product and handle ad-hoc special projects.
