SnapMagic is building the digital growth engine for the $1.3T electronics industry. As Head of Operations & Systems, you will partner directly with the CEO to turn momentum into a machine. You will own the end-to-end operating rhythms, finance, and people systems, designing the automation and workflows that allow a high-performing team to scale without friction.

What you will do:
Design and execute the company’s weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms to ensure consistent execution and clarity.
Own and automate business, finance, and revenue operations using tools like HubSpot and Rippling to eliminate manual overhead.
Scale people operations including hiring pipelines, onboarding, and internal enablement to multiply team leverage as the company grows.
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience owning operations at a Seed or Series A startup with a track record of building systems from scratch.
Deep technical proficiency in automation and system architecture, moving beyond manual processes to trigger-based workflows.
Exceptional reliability and precision with the ability to ask incisive questions that accelerate decision-making in high-pressure environments.
