Key Responsibilities
Lead & build a fast-growing operations team, covering onboarding, customer support, and transaction monitoring
Execute onboarding with your team, resolving escalations and deep-diving into high-risk and complex cases as needed
Act as a Process Owner for onboarding, transaction monitoring, and customer support — reducing cost and lead times through better process design
Ensure CRA, EDD, and other risk assessments meet internal standards and regulatory requirements
Analysis of client activity, continuously evaluating effectiveness, proposing improvements and refining transaction monitoring rules
Leverage workflow tooling, automation and AI to reduce manual effort, improve quality and speed, and strengthen auditability
Identify and resolve policy/risk appetite blockers to business growth with FCC through committee approval and rollout
Facilitate smooth collaboration across Sales, Product and Compliance, helping to balance different objectives to ensure optimal results for the whole Group
Ideal candidate requirements
5-10 years of experience in banking/fintech, ideally within payments and regulated B2B clients
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (EQF Level 6) required
Knowledge of AML/CFT and regulatory expectations for onboarding, due diligence and transaction monitoring
Experience from building & scaling up new teams and/or business
Track record for improving operational efficiency (process redesign, procedure standardisation, KPI/SLA management)
Commercially minded and customer-focused, able to balance growth, risk and control requirements with sound judgement in escalations
The salary range for this role is €70,000–€90,000 gross per year.

Skills Required
