Your Responsibilities
- Lead the APQP & PPAP together with our production partners from sample stage to series production
- Develop concepts and monitor the integration of test stations, assembly stations, and further customized production systems
- Assure the achievement of the quality targets in series production
- Audit and develop suppliers in your technology cluster
- Ensure a consistent implementation of all relevant supplier and customer contracts towards quality
- Scout and onboard suitable suppliers for subcomponents with focus on quality, technical feasibility and cost efficiency
- Ensure the timely delivery of all series production batches in accordance with the customer demands
- Coordinate the certification process of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 as well as the corresponding processes
Your Profile
- Successfully completed university degree in an engineering field
- Minimum of 6 years of working experience in automotive industry with focus on industrialization and quality management
- Hands-on lead auditor experience (VDA6.3); Certificates: VDA6.3 and ideally IPC-A610
- Preference for working in teams and strong communication skills (English & German preferred)
- Highly motivated, willing to take responsibility and ownership with a positive mindset
- Readiness to travel (~ once per month)
