Your Role

To have a stable and reliable supply chain established is mandatory for the products of QULECTRA. As the Head of Operations you are responsible for a functional supply chain during development & industrialization phase of our products. In close relationship with our customers you will handle all technical & quality related aspects during the project. You will mainly coordinate and manage together with our electronic manufacturing partners the APQP process. As Head of Operations, you are also in charge of auditing and developing QULECTRA´s suppliers, as well as coordinating the internal certifications of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the APQP & PPAP together with our production partners from sample stage to series production
  • Develop concepts and monitor the integration of test stations, assembly stations, and further customized production systems
  • Assure the achievement of the quality targets in series production
  • Audit and develop suppliers in your technology cluster
  • Ensure a consistent implementation of all relevant supplier and customer contracts towards quality
  • Scout and onboard suitable suppliers for subcomponents with focus on quality, technical feasibility and cost efficiency
  • Ensure the timely delivery of all series production batches in accordance with the customer demands
  • Coordinate the certification process of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 as well as the corresponding processes

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed university degree in an engineering field
  • Minimum of 6 years of working experience in automotive industry with focus on industrialization and quality management
  • Hands-on lead auditor experience (VDA6.3); Certificates: VDA6.3 and ideally IPC-A610
  • Preference for working in teams and strong communication skills (English & German preferred)
  • Highly motivated, willing to take responsibility and ownership with a positive mindset
  • Readiness to travel (~ once per month)
