Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations
- Collaborate with the VP of Digital to define and implement the department's strategic vision, goals, and objectives
- Develop and lead the operational roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and engineering priorities
- Provide standardized dashboards, KPIs, and critical insights to optimize decision-making processes
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration between Product Engineering and other departments
- Oversee budget and headcount planning to maximize resource utilization
- Lead development process and tools improvement projects to drive efficiency
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to guide strategic decisions
Additional Duties
- Prepare, run, and document regular Engineering meetings
- Manage the "list of open points/task list" with priorities for assignments given by the VP
- Develop and present executive-level reports and presentations on strategic initiatives and operational performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in product engineering, project management, or operations within automotive or technology sectors
- Proven experience in executive support or as a high-level executive assistant
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology and the automotive industry landscape
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Results-oriented with meticulous attention to detail
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$129,000—$180,000 USD
