Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company’s operational strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Act as a key member of the executive management team, contributing to long-term planning and company growth.

Operational Management

  • Lead and coordinate the efforts of Customer Support, Payments, and VIP teams.
  • Define and monitor KPIs across all operational areas to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

VIP

  • Oversee VIP management to maintain high-value customer relationships and ensure premium-level service and retention.

Payments

  • Ensure smooth, secure, and efficient payment operations across multiple markets and platforms.
  • Oversee risk management, fraud prevention, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Customer Support

  • Drive excellence in customer service, ensuring fast, empathetic, and effective resolution of player issues.
  • Implement processes and tools to increase customer satisfaction and operational productivity.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with Risk, Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure a cohesive player experience.
  • Foster strong cooperation between departments to support business initiatives and new market launches.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the iGaming or online entertainment industry, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of VIP segment, payments, and customer support operations.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving measurable business results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Education

  • A Master’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
