We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Clinic Expansion & Operations to lead the end-to-end setup, launch, and operational management of skin, hair, aesthetic, and dermatology clinics.

The role will be responsible for managing clinic expansion projects from initial infrastructure and fit-out through pre-launch preparation, staffing, training, marketing coordination, and post-launch operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in skin, hair, aesthetic, dermatology, or wellness clinic operations, along with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.

The role requires strong project management, operational ownership, leadership, vendor coordination, and a deep understanding of clinic setup and patient-centric service delivery.


RequirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of new skin, hair, aesthetic, and dermatology clinics.
  • Coordinate construction, interiors, fit-outs, electrical requirements, plumbing, equipment installation, and other infrastructure activities.
  • Work closely with architects, contractors, consultants, equipment suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure clinic infrastructure and interiors meet required medical, operational, aesthetic, and brand standards.
  • Coordinate pre-launch readiness, including medical software, CRM systems, inventory, equipment, documentation, and compliance checklists.
  • Support applicable licensing, regulatory, and operational readiness requirements for new clinics.
  • Coordinate local BTL marketing, promotional activities, and grand launch events with central marketing teams.
  • Implement and maintain SOPs covering clinical workflows, patient management, front-office operations, service delivery, and administrative processes.
  • Establish high standards for patient experience, hospitality, service quality, and clinic presentation.
  • Support sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and staffing of clinic teams, including counselors, CRM executives, front-office staff, and support personnel.
  • Coordinate staff training on patient communication, CRM/software usage, service protocols, and operational processes.
  • Take ownership of post-launch clinic operations, including daily administration, team performance, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage clinic-level P&L, revenue performance, expenses, and operational targets.
  • Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, customer experience, and profitability.
  • Coordinate with central teams to resolve operational, staffing, equipment, vendor, and customer-related issues.
  • Conduct regular clinic audits and ensure consistent adherence to SOPs, compliance requirements, and service standards.
  • Travel regularly across assigned locations to oversee expansion projects and operational performance.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in clinic expansion, operations, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience setting up and launching skin, hair, aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetology, or wellness clinicsfrom the ground up.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have successfully launched at least 1–2 clinics from scratch.
  • Experience with clinic construction, interiors, fit-outs, equipment requirements, and vendor coordination.
  • Working knowledge of aesthetic and laser equipment requirements and clinic infrastructure planning.
  • Understanding of clinic licensing, regulatory requirements, compliance, and operational readiness.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Experience managing clinic teams and taking ownership of post-launch operations and P&L performance.
  • Strong understanding of SOP implementation, patient experience, front-office operations, and service quality.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage multidisciplinary clinical and support teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a hands-on approach to operations.
  • Comfortable with extensive multi-location travel across assigned regions.
  • Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Healthcare Management, Operations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with established dermatology, aesthetic, skin, hair, laser, or wellness clinic chains will be an advantage.
