Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
- You oversee the availability and efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment to deliver production plans and minimize downtime across multiple production areas, technologies, and shifts
- You monitor site performance metrics, escalate risks, and lead cross-functional corrective actions to meet production targets while ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency in line with defined KPIs
- You ensure compliance with EHS, GMP (if applicable), and regulatory standards across complex operations, maintaining audit readiness and driving timely resolution of findings
- You lead the integration of new technologies and process improvements, aligning initiatives with network strategy and ensuring effective change management across teams
- You foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement, maintaining strong engagement on the shop floor and across organizational layers
What will convince us
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Industrial Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is considered a plus
