Mission

As our Head of Operations, your primary objective will be to lead and ensure operational excellence in project delivery. You will be responsible for approximately 100 FTEs in the operational team. With an AI-first mindset, you will manage and optimize internal processes, utilizing cutting-edge tools and highly efficient teams, thus guaranteeing the scalability of our technology consulting business model.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence and Delivery
• Ensure project delivery on time, with high standards of efficiency and quality.
• Design and implement optimized development and operational processes, reducing complexity and maximizing value delivered to clients.
2. Design and Implementation of Post-AI Operations
• Design and implement operational frameworks that leverage AI capabilities across the organization.
• Develop strategies to transform traditional workflows into AI-enhanced processes for maximum efficiency and scalability.
3. Business Scalability
• Develop strategies to scale consulting operations with the fewest people possible, leveraging cutting-edge technology and automation practices.
• Ensure profitability and sustainability of operations through clear metrics and efficient business models.
4. Management and Resilience
• Be a reference in communication and expectation management with clients and internal teams.
• Develop contingency plans and demonstrate resilience in the face of rapid changes in the technology market.
5. Executive Committee Coordination
• Collaborate directly with the CEO, CFO, and other C-level executives to align the company's global vision with operational objectives.
• Work closely with Partner Success teams to scale existing accounts and drive expansion opportunities.
• Present periodic executive reports with progress, challenges, and opportunities for operational improvement.

• Experience:
• 7+ years in operations management in technology environments.
• Proven experience leading international teams and large-scale projects.
• Solid knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelli
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree in business/technology areas is a plus.
• Key Skills:
• Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Results-oriented, with excellent handling of performance metrics.
• Strategic thinking and ability to plan for consulting business scalability.
• Resilience, assertive communication, and excellent interpersonal relationship management.
• Languages:
• Advanced English and Spanish to coordinate with global teams and clients.
• Location: Based in Mexico City or the United States, with availability to travel as needed.
