Job Description- Build the Sigma Software brand in the Albanian market and represent the company at a country level to create a positive image and strong visibility
- Grow the company's local network and reputation across the market
- Assess local market conditions and identify recruiting and business opportunities, coordinating with external recruiting partners as needed
- Retain and grow the local team while monitoring employee engagement and morale
- Build a strong team through coaching, training, and development, bringing out the best in office personnel
- Coordinate with and report to senior management, making recommendations to improve Customer experience and drive growth
- Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions to address challenges and capture growth opportunities
- Share knowledge with other offices and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with high ethical standards and all applicable regulations and laws
- Experience in a similar role or as a Recruitment/HR Lead
- Strong understanding of the local Albanian market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
