The Role

TRG Screen is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of North American Sales to lead our sales efforts in the North American region. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of North American Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and account management team (8 total), providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive individual and team success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the North American market, including enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing RevOps, Product, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and forecasts on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the software, market data or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, able to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business success.
  • Knowledge of the North American market and industry trends, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Experience working with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other relevant sales technologies.

Salary Range

$200,000$250,000 USD
