What does a successful Head of Money Network Operations do? 

As the Head of Money Network Operations at Fiserv, your role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, risk management, regulatory compliance and analytics for Fiserv’s prepaid business. As a leader, you will work cross functionally to optimize processes and foster a collaborative environment. By implementing effective controls and continuously improving our operations, you will deliver unparalleled value to our clients and enhance their financial experiences.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement, reducing costs and improving quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with company objectives and client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to drive operational enhancements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Drive operational processes to support new product launches and enhancements.
  • Enhance the client experience by streamlining operations and delivering superior service.
  • Leverage technology to improve operations and solve operational challenges.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management with proven track record of implementing operational improvements and efficiencies.
  • 10+ years of experience managing teams.

What would be great to have:

  • Experience in the prepaid industry.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services.
  • Advanced certifications in operational management and risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act upon complex data.
  • Experience in project management, particularly in fast-paced financial environments.
