Job DescriptionThe Head Mixologist oversees bar menu development, crafting exceptional cocktail experiences and ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, consistency, and service.
Qualifications- 3–5+ years of mixology or bar leadership experience in a luxury hotel/resort; preferably in the Maldives
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, production techniques, and bar trends
- Certification in mixology, beverage management, or alcohol service
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to develop signature cocktails
- Experience in training bar staff
