We are a Series A SaaS company and provide the system of record for event marketing. Our software platform provides proprietary insights that helps high-growth companies find the highest ROI events, conferences and trade shows to attend and sponsor. We have built an AI-powered platform that customers describe as an event marketer’s dream.

Vendelux was founded in 2021, and our recent $14 million Series A was led by FirstMark, whose portfolio includes companies like Shopify, Pinterest, Discord, Airbnb, Draft Kings, Carta and Justworks (amongst others). Our leadership team includes alumni from Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, Compass, ModernLoop, Forter, Zulilly, NewtonX.

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Head of Mid-Market Sales to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on the mid-market segment. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader with a strong understanding of the sales process, deal execution, people leadership, and cross-functional alignment.

You will be responsible for driving new revenue, optimizing sales processes, and developing talent, while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver measurable value to our prospects and customers.

This role will require a minimum of 4 days in office and reports directly into our Head of Sales.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of Mid-Market Account Executives

  • Own team bookings targets, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy

  • Get into deals when needed—strategy, pricing, negotiation, close

  • Help define and iterate on our mid-market sales motion

  • Translate event marketing pain points into clear, data-backed value

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product

What You Bring
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years in a sales management role

  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS or data platform company

  • Proven success selling to mid-market customers in a consultative motion

  • Strong coaching mindset with a track record of developing talent

  • Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution

  • Background working with CMOs, Event Marketing Managers, Demand Gen, or Revenue leaders

Compensation & Benefits
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000 – $250,000

  • Variable Compensation: 40% of OTE, paid quarterly

  • Equity: Meaningful stock options with high upside
