We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to establish and lead a team of specialists in our Edelman DXI Hub. This team already hosts multiple other specialties, such as production and design, and we wish to expand with DXI capabilities, comprising global research, analytics, and data consultancy.
This role requires a strategic and operational leader who will drive the recruitment and development of the team, manage operations, oversee financial tracking, and drive efficient resource allocation. Reporting both into the Global Hub Head and the DXI leadership team.
The DXI Hub lead will collaborate closely with Edelman DXI North America teams to understand project needs, allocate resources efficiently and ensure the hubs’s activities align with organizational goals.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in analytics, and operations management, with demonstrated expertise
Key responsibilities
- Hub leadership and Team management
- Be the primary point of contact for all internal stakeholders and all incoming demands
- Act as the representative of the data and analytics specialists team in the Bogota Hub, embodying the company’s mission and values
- Serve as the line manager for all specialists in the hub, providing support in competencies development, training, and performance evaluations
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, where team members feel engaged, valued, and motivated
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team
- Ensure outputs are of high-quality and consistent with the Edelman DXI standards
- Oversee the team's financials, focusing on maximizing utilization and optimizing budget to meet business objectives
- Track, analyze, and report on financial performance, ensuring alignment with the financial targets
- Manage resource allocation and workload to ensure projects are adequately staffed and delivered on time
- Support forecasting and planning to anticipate future resource needs based on project pipelines and demands
- Lead recruitment efforts for the team, identifying and hiring top specialists to support business growth
- Develop and execute onboarding, ensure access to relevant training and competencies development programs to upskill team members and promote growth from within, in conjunction with our Edelman DXI onboarding & training programs
- Build and maintain a network of specialists in the region to meet current and future recruitment needs
- Mentor team members, encouraging their professional development
- Collaborate closely with North America teams to understand their needs, set priorities, and manage expectations
- Facilitate clear communication between the Bogota Hub and Edelman DXI teams in other regions to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Act as a trusted partner to other leads in the Bogota Hub
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and innovation
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and refine operational processes
- Lead change management efforts to implement new methodologies, technologies, and practices that improve productivity and resource management

Profile & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or operations, with a minimum of 6 years in a leadership role
- Prior experience working with nearshoring or offshore teams is a strong plus
- Understanding North American business culture
- Advanced understanding of market research and marketing data
- Knowledge of PR / communications, and marketing
- Proven track record in financial management, resource planning, and workload management in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, with a strong emphasis on people management, team building, and coaching
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with international stakeholders and adapt to the demands of a global organization
- Skilled in talent acquisition and development, with an ability to attract, retain, and nurture high-performing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to represent the Hub effectively
