ABOUT THE POSITION


Head of Media Buying at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.


As the Head of Media Buying at BURGA, you will take charge of our media buying strategy across all major social platforms and lead a team of media buyers. In this key leadership role, you will directly oversee multiple media buyers, ensuring that BURGA's advertising strategies align with the company’s overall growth and branding objectives. You will also be responsible for setting the direction for scaling campaigns, managing a media buying budget, and optimizing performance across multiple platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Twitter. This role combines strategic vision, advanced analytics, and strong leadership skills to drive BURGA’s media buying efforts to new heights.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


- Lead and develop BURGA’s overall media buying strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter, and other emerging platforms

- Manage and mentor the Senior Media Buyer and other team members, guiding their growth and ensuring they follow best practices

- Take responsibility for large-scale advertising budgets, optimizing spend and maximizing ROI across all channels

- Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure that ads resonate with our target audiences, both visually and conceptually

- Drive performance improvements through continuous testing, data analysis, and a deep understanding of platform-specific trends

- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns at the executive level, providing actionable insights to the leadership team

- Stay at the forefront of social media advertising developments, implementing innovative strategies and tools to maintain a competitive edge


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


- Have at least 4 years of experience in media buying with a proven track record of success in managing large advertising budgets

- Possess expert-level knowledge of Facebook Ads, as well as significant experience across TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Twitter

- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring media buying teams

- Be highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working cross-functionally with various teams

- Stay proactive in learning and adapting to new digital marketing trends and strategies

- Be fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills


SALARY: 5800 - 6400 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
