This is a unique opportunity to build a cutting-edge MarTech ecosystem, drive impactful change, and play a key role in transforming how we connect with our audience and drive growth

You’ll oversee the optimization of our MarTech stack, enhance marketing automation, evaluate and implement new technologies, and use data to deliver actionable insights. In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams across creative, content, regional marketing, events, and more—working at the intersection of many functions to create seamless, scalable marketing operations.

What you will be responsible for

  • Lead the team: Inspire and mentor the Global MarTech team, aligning their work with SimCorp’s broader marketing and business objectives.

  • Optimize digital customer experience, with a focus on our corporate website: Oversee continuous improvements to create an engaging and user-friendly experience that drives results.

  • Build a strong MarTech ecosystem: Develop and maintain a scalable, integrated platform that meets business needs and embraces innovation.

  • Shape processes and operations: Design efficient workflows and ensure smooth collaboration across functions.

  • Leverage data: Create reporting systems to measure performance, pipeline influence, and ROI, turning insights into action.

  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with creative, content, regional marketing, events, IT, Revenue Operations, and Legal teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals.
